Good work
doesn't happen by accident.

It emerges where there is clarity, partnership, and meaning. I help leaders, teams, and organizations sort out what matters: communication, cooperation, roles, decisions, and direction.

I see more.
I connect faster.
I name things directly.

I'm a consultant, strategist, and partner for leaders, teams, and organizations. For years I've been working at the intersection of people, communication, organizational culture, and strategy.

I combine the perspectives of HR, communication, development, and business. I see mechanisms, not just symptoms. I help build solutions that work because they're built on clarity, accountability, and partnership.

I'm not a motivational trainer or a success coach, I'm someone who helps people and organizations work better, with purpose, in good relationships, and with a clear goal.

Strong professional position
is built on clarity,
relationships and trust –
not self-promotion.

Three dimensions
of good work.

Each dimension is a different level of perspective – but they all connect. I work with individuals, teams, and organizations because one without the other doesn't work.

01

Self

Position & relationships

Understanding yourself, naming your value, building your position authentically. Creating relationships that truly open doors. Smart visibility. Networking built on value, not contact count.

Personal branding Networking Positioning Relationships
02

Self in team

Cooperation & roles

Cooperation, leadership, communication, conflicts, work style differences, accountability, partnership. Relational maturity in the team – because that's what determines whether a team actually works.

Cooperation Leadership Conflicts Team roles
03

Organization

Culture & strategy

Organizational culture, leadership, internal communication, alignment, roles and accountability, employer branding, employee experience, growth, change, organizational coherence.

What I
believe in.

Good work doesn't happen by accident. It needs clarity, meaning, and good relationships.

A strong professional position is built on quality, not self-promotion.

Networking only makes sense when it's backed by value, curiosity, and a genuine relationship.

Team conflicts are rarely just about people. More often they reveal a lack of clarity, rules, or accountability.

"Soft" issues are often the most expensive business problems in an organization.

A good organization doesn't need big words. It needs clear rules, accountability, and partnership.

What do you do?

You

HR and communication, broadly.

Dorota

Too broad. Say it so someone remembers it.

You

I help leaders talk about work so people want to follow them.

Dorota

That's it. That's your dot.

That's how dots works: a question, your answer, a follow-up – until you connect the dots.

How I can
help.

I work with leaders, teams, and organizations – at the level of strategy, inspiration, and recommendations.

Sparring 1:1

A space for thinking, sorting out decisions, and naming tensions. For those who want to see the bigger picture, act with more confidence, and not face tough topics alone.

Team workshops

Working on how to better understand each other, communicate directly, align expectations, and build cooperation that actually works.

Joint projects

Collaborating on projects that connect people, communication, and organizational growth. From idea and direction to concrete solutions tailored to the situation and goal.

Organizational consulting

Diagnosis and recommendations for companies that want to sort out roles, communication, organizational culture, and ways of working – without pretending one presentation will solve everything.

I see mechanisms,
not just symptoms.
I name root causes.
I help you act.

I work with people who are my partners, inspiration, and a constant drive to grow.

dots

An education platform built on growth through conversation. You don't read theory — you talk. The mentor asks the right questions, and your answers become the course. Personal brand, public speaking, and business storytelling, 1:1.

Before you write.

What is 1:1 sparring and how does it differ from coaching?

Sparring is a space to think out loud with someone who understands business context, sees mechanisms and is not afraid to name things directly. I don't conduct coaching sessions or use coaching tools. I work as a thinking partner — helping organize thoughts, name tensions and make better decisions.

Who are the workshops and trainings for?

For teams, leaders and organizations that want to improve cooperation, communication, role understanding and ways of working. I run custom workshops — not from templates, but tailored to the situation and goal. Topics: communication, conflicts, personal branding, networking, leadership, organizational coherence.

What does consulting cooperation look like?

We start with a conversation — I want to understand the context, challenge and what you really need. Then I propose the form of work: sparring, workshop, audit, advisory or joint project. I work at the level of strategy and recommendations — not operational implementation.

What companies and industries do you work with?

Most often with companies of 100+ employees, from dynamic industries — IT, technology, professional services. I work with managers, leaders, C-level, not just HR. I'm interested in organizations that are growing and need to organize communication, teams and ways of working.

What does TeamMakers do vs Dorota Piekarska / Byup?

TeamMakers is a space for working with larger organizations — audits, projects, change, organizational advisory. Dorota Piekarska / Byup is my main personal brand — 1:1 sparring, custom workshops, speaking, lectures and positioning around three layers: self, team, organization.

In what language do you conduct sessions and workshops?

In Polish and English. I work with clients in Poland and across Europe. The website is available in both language versions.
